Description

In order to find your way out from the dense, heavy, oppression of the fog of depression and the medication so easily prescribed, it is so many times necessary to have that helping hand. The warm smile and gentle touch of a friend or loved one, reaching deep into the heaviness like a beam of light. Uplifting and comforting. Exhorting and reassuring that 'This too shall pass'. Reminding us of previous hurdles, and chazms crossed, and what we've overcome in the past, and the joy of seeing the lightening of a new day with it's crisp fresh air; warm, soothing sun, and soft gentle breezes. All this from a simple few words....Let me help. "Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up."
