Description

My Grandfather, born 1888, grew up in & around Odessa. Members of the Zymmermann trading family had opened a branch there from Hamburg in 1651. Gospodin Adam came to America in 1900. He passed away in 1993, 12 days shy of his 106th birthday. He told me stories, vividly, of life in Mother Russia. I attempted in some designs to picturize his memories of walking along the seashore to their farm. Bryce5.5 design: www.sazzart.com Seen the good news on Fox News? Three cheers for 750 pound 'smart bombs', eh? Really want thank very recent commentators & IMers, yes, even the copycat impersonators, it's been hillarious; but now time for some serious arting, my raison d' for being here. Semper Fi ~SAZ~

Saz...I'm running outta words to describe your stuff...but here is the ultimate compliment...This pic doesn't need a nudie in it! A nudie would ruin it!!! LMAO! And yes...it was good news...a moral booster! And if any "innocent" Iraqis were killed...how could they be innocent if they were consorting with a known terrorist?

Very beautiful image. It must have been amazing to speak with someone that age. My Aunt was 97 and she was interesting and I used to love to listen to her stories. She saw Gypsie Rose in Boston. It is so wonderful that you gave him such a beautiful tribute. HUGS Maria
