Hello all!! Ok none of you are going to believe this. But this shot was taken blindly. We were eating in an open windowed place at/on the Santa Barbara pier Warf fish place Sunday afternoon. I wanted to see if I could get a shot of the sail boat that passed by. But it was the opposite way of where I was sitting/facing and I couldn

short ribs Kai =oh believe me i spend hours too trying lol and hardly nothing turned out cept the shot i took blindly that day ...( well i am picky BUt listen , i got like only 3-5 shots that i even began to like from that day out of 200 ) go figure - then when i got like two feet away from the seals on the boat ride ,.. lol my camera battery dies .. so its murphys law i think haha... thank you !

Wow that is a beauty. I was trying to get a shot of a flying seagull yesterday and I couldn't get one as good as that and I was looking straight at them, perhaps I'll try a not looking one. The frame sets this off nicely.

Excellent blindside shot, I tend to do this alot while driving and ya know some-times it works out. I even have had a few just walking around with the camera on and just bump the shutter button and I find them in my files (hey where this shot come from, I don't remember shooting this), and they work out pretty good...=] This is one of those magical shots with a funny story...=]
