The elf got scaled a little too big but otherwise it came out OK

Yes - she seems a bit huge. There's another problem, though. Although technically very well executed - the DOF is highly unrealistic for the human eye - such a narrow area of sharpness within these distances is practically impossible. And it deprives the viewer of the details of a very nice building...
