Looks like a dangerous place to be, even prepared. Excellent shot of this beautiful, if hostile, landscape. The blue mountains make a really nice contrast to the white sand. Well done.

What drama! It's pretty complex, with those background mountains, but it helps that the horizon is concealed. This deserves to be a poster-sized print.

Very nice shot.Like the contrast My wife go to Death Valley once a year a least and we hiked into these at night during a full moon. Very cool stuff.

This was awesome as a thumbnail even more so when you see the entire image beautiful............. like Odie said..should be on the cover of National Geographic:) Nice to meet you as well.........hope you come visit me I haven't posted since Dec..due to my health...just got out of the hospital a week ago with pneumonia...hoping to post one tonight or maybe today...depends... this is a fav..............just totally awesome.......
