Description

I posted this last night then quickly nixed it...because of the effect of the pose I was going for a Sophia Lauren style pin-up portrait...that was the 'Past' of the title, the 'Imperfect' is my first attempt at hair painting-first posted attempt anyways-I realize the colour is quite harsh, but I was working against the brow color-it is sort of Jessica Rabbitt shaded-cartoony. I see where there are super errors, like at the crown and sides-(plus my compression-arf!) etc but I like the facial expression so much I decided to post regardless. Credits Sunny by mgarramone (Marketplace) irises tinted light green. Lighting by me through trial and error. Corset by Sharkey (Marketplace) Cross by ISO I believe-if I'm wrong, please let me know-wearing reflection maps from Xena's Reflection Map Pack (Marketplace) Adobe...credit the flu...

Sophia Lauren? This is pretty close to Milla Jovovich in 'The Fifth Element'. I was trying to think where in the movie does she wear this particular costume.

I love 'The Fifth Element' a very good movie, I can't place offhand where Milla Jovovich wore this particular costume..hmm, worth another watch! I don't mean that this picture looks like Sophia Lauren, just the feel with the cheeks and lips parted. :)

hair color is definitely bottle red, but not bad work otherwise. Nice work on the lighting, too.
