Text still to be added but here are the first two finished pages of a comic book i'm illustrating about a Kurdish family escaping from Iraq. Think "Maus" but with less talent!

Awesome... The lighting in all the panels is very dramatic ... The three small panels with him being taken away is terrific...

I don't know who Maus is but I think you may be short changing yourself by thinking you have less talent. The compositions are great, the arrangement is interesting, the lighting is also very good. The only concern I have is where would text be in the first panel on the top left hand side? I would really like to see the finished work, so could you please, email me when you get done?

I know Maus, and both intaglio/relief engraving, and this series is just gonna rock. Wonderful talent and such a hard subject.
