funny enough I'm not religious but I love the idea of angels.
As you know most of the tutorials cover lighting, shades and textures for caucasion skin. Not being caucasian I wanted to diversify and look at the challenges to getting lighting and texturing right.
but guess what? I realised my approach should be as though I'm just dealing with a complex lighting for challenging textures.

me not happy with it looking so bitmappy, I love this site and I like that fact that there are so many encouraging words from all of you. Not enough people pay interest in what others do and so many of us feel neglected. Well thanks for looking and I will get better at it

Hi geldslaw and welcome to Rendorosity. This is a gorgeous angel. I'm not very good with lighting in Poser, I usually do it in Photoshop. LOL But I think you did a great job with the lighting! The only critique I have is that the image, on my computer, is a bit fuzzy, I'd love to see it clearer. But I love the angel and the wings, the pose and everything else, It's very well done. BRAVO!
