Description

About Gundam anime: Gundam is one of the longest running series of anime featuring giant robots. Gundam is the collective term for the Universal Century (UC) series like Mobile Suit Gundam and series in alternative timelines, such as Gundam Wing, made by Sunrise Inc.. The name "Gundam" itself stems from a variety of theoretical sources, most commonly attributed to a need to conform with common giant robot naming conventions during the 1970s. About MS-09 Dom: The MS-09 Dom was the successor to MS-06F Zaku II and MS-07B Gouf mobile suits, and far surpassed both in terms of performance. While the Dom can use many of the Zaku II and Gouf standard armaments, it was also equipped with a new 360mm Giant Bazooka, which could easily blow apart a mobile suit. Dom also had a new Heat Saber, shaped very much like a beam saber. The Doms main advantages were its speed, agility, and maneuverability. The Dom's superiority was blatantly evident to the Zeon forces and the Dom went quickly into mass production. About Dopp Fighter: In the Universal Century of the anime Mobile Suit Gundam, the Dopp Fighter is the Principality of Zeon's only fighter aircraft in use during the One Year War. The Dopp Fighter was designed to be fast enough to easily attack and destroy the Earth Federation's naval ships, land battleships, and other fighter aircraft. About the Image: This wonderful Dom 3D model is made by Zorzim, a great Renderosity artist and a friend of mine. The model is for Bryce and it is totally posable in Bryce. Also the Dopp fighters are modelled by Zorzim. The background is by Spacebones and came from Renderosity free suff. Comments and rates are welcome :)

UC ALL the way for me. although my preference for zeon MS favores the gelgoog marine and the kampher. the nice thing about gundam is it drew people away from the superhero giant robot craze of 70's anime and put giant robots into the gritty world of functional serious warfare.
