Great shot. Not an easy one with the shadows where they are. You did very well. Looks like an adult male BANANAQUIT (Coereba flaveola)

nice shot ! my first thought, because of the powerful beak and and head, was that this must be a shrike of some kind, but then i remembered the kiskadees. so, i think this is a Great Kiskadee,Pitangus sulphuratus, which is found from Texas to Argentina, and has shrike-like behaviour in that it will try to kill and eat small reptiles, frogs and rodents.
