Description
Here's another Photoshop Watercolor. This time based from a photo I took a few years back of my dad cleaning his pool.
A few people have asked how to do this. It's not just a case of filters. Infact only one filter is run right at the end and it's so subtle, you don't even need it. It's a case of layers and blending options and painting with specific brushes. ANyway, whilst I'm not prepared to give away a tut to something I read in a book, you can actually see a tutorial (pdf) on the publishers website here
