I'm just a girl with a Nikon D90, who loves taking pictures of just about anything and everything. Postworking my images is 'my thing' .. The main programs I use are: Photoshop CS 5, Corel painter 12. I am currently laid off and seeking employment. I have been in the technical support field for the last 12 years and have really enjoyed the work. Not sure what I want to do now. I think it depends on what is out there and what is available. Competition is tough, there are so many out of work these days.
Anyway! I have been a member at Renderosity since 2004.Â

Sweet image. I raised a Robin many years ago, and three Blue Jays, and it was a very difficult undertaking. Hope Mama managed to secure safety for this one.

Cool Shari - this must be what you were telling me about! Glad you were able to get such a great shot! Poor bird looks a little ruffled but not to worse for the wear... These are the kinds of events that make photography so special - good for you Shari! +++

sounds like some doves that had a nest in my gutter. the second time I took pictures one jumped out being afraid of the camera. I had to pick it up and return it to the nest. 2 days later both babies flew away. excellent spur of the moment capture

tender shot - poor thing, hope it is ok now. Great photojournalism, your local paper might be interested? In your spare time of course.

I've held a few of these...and been chased by angry parents for doing it! :) I'd love to draw this one for my animal series!
