Description

This guy was taking a nap, proof positive for those not familiar with a horse's sleeping habits, they do sleep standing! This palomino stallion lives up the road from us where we get to enjoy seeing him every day. ;) Thanks for looking and for any comments you care to leave. Photo taken with a Konica Minolta 5D.

Gorgeous photo Donna!!! Perfect pose and quality. Let me tell you a little something about sleeping standing up...they say cow does the same...but thats soooo not true. A few years ago i thought id try my hand at cow-tipping. And maybe if he had been asleep me and my friend could have been able to move him at least But he just stood there as a brick wall. So...lesson leard here was? Yes exactly. Dont tip cows cause they dont sleep standing up. Go for the horses instead!!!!! #:o)
