Nice shoot of this vary controversial project which should have been completed a long time ago but delays and cost overruns and at lest two changes of project management meant that did not happen. The last time I herd there was still an inquiry been held by Portsmouth Council been conducted into this project. Three times over buget last I herd, no way is that acceptible in this day and age oh well nice to see it completed.
