Description

Two days ago I watched the LeMans 24 Hours in real time for the first time in my life. I've seen coverage months later in magazines. I've followed up history including the first Duesenberg win online. Looking up the galleries and results on a quickly spoken web link I downloaded images as they popped up only moments after they were taken on http://www.dailysportscar.com using a public user name of "radiolemans" and pasword of "lm2006". 21 pit stops for the Panoz and 31 for the P1 Audi, 41 for the most serviced car. I watched not just fuelling but injector changes and gearbox changes as well as rotors. So how does this fit my image? Henry Rolls believed that the aircraft designs of the early years should be able to be built in auto factories to mobilize quickly. Ground effect in the 60's altered the race car from even the aerodynamic designs of the 30's adding wings and "spooks" as well as exit louvers on the top of front fenders. I continue to fly my CS3 "Battle for Europe" with my new Phys-X board and I am transported to the missing elements of analysis of my 70's career with fighters. The pastures are quiet now. The Mulsanne Straight once again was not. Now if I could just adjust the health of my Mosquito so the bomb release would work I could forget all about bugs.

Awesome work Dale... I remember the 1960's when Ford's GT40 spanked Ferarri at Le Mans... Those were the days... Now I mostly watch NHL hockey as the sport of choice... Nice plane modelling Dale.. Look forward to seeing it textured....

I keep thinking I do a good job getting around to all the galleries that I want to see, then find I missed several of one artist. excellent model and detail. I bet you would enjoy the aircraft museum at Addison Tx. it even has a SOPWITH F-1 CAMEL.
