Description
I need suggestions on this one. This is part of a more complex image (thus the oddly cropped facial image). I need to make her look as evil and menacing as possible. I want a smoldering hatred, a threatening look, a glimmer of malevolence. Ideas?

I use the blink dials and partially close the eyes, bend the head down slightly and re- aim the eyes back up a touch.

bring the brows down some and use light to make shadows...

Narrow the yes abit. It's hard to say without a more of the face, so much is conveyed by the expression. Dark, moody lighting with shadows on one side of the face, a menacing curl to the lip, and the glow of the eyes from the facial shadows might do it. Looks good so far. Mabey a touch of red highlight in the pupil (post production?)
Talos
For this extreme a close-up, you need a more realistic eye texture (for the veins), a bump map for the skin with maybe a slightly shiny highlight for a stressed-out, sweaty look. Possibly even more sinister lighting. Furrowed brow morph or photo texture.

I would play with the skin texture, also maybe add some wrinkles around the eyes.
