Description

I made this image for the E-On "Vue 3D Environment Competition 2006". But when I loaded it up, it didn't get into the right gallerie. I noticed it too late and so the competition started without me. As you can imagine, I was really furious about that, because there where so cool prizes. But I can't change it any more. Some words to the picture itself: - rendered in Vue 5 Infinite - 201 objects - 2 lights - 440.920.959 polygons The dragonfly is the reason for the point of view. Thanks for viewing! Wo excellent POV and superb lighting, it's a shame about the compo, I think this would have been chosen for the last twelve, it's smashing.

Wonderful attention to detail! I can hear the sound of dragonfly wings and the waves in the background, now that's detail.

Awwww, what a shame!! I know you must have been very disappointed! :( This is a wonderful work. I love the tilted camera angle, and your landscape is awesome! Your water looks like so many photos I've seen of the glorious places I would give anything to live in. Excellent lighting, very realistic!
