Description
I submitted this for the Vue 6 competition. Unfortunately I didn't make it to the next round. Any suggestions on how to improve this image are very welcome.
27 hours render time with Ultra setting. Doesn't seem to be worth it, except for the atmosphere. This scene was inspired by the motion picture "Hero".

It's lovely and serene. The light breaking through the mountains is wonderful. I think it was worth the time.
