You really have a stunning composition with some beautiful color work. You have gone too far with her collar bones and shoulder even for a fantasy picture. It's coming off very painful looking. It even looks like her right deltoid could be coming out of her armpit. Sorry, I don't mean to be coming off too neg, it's just that lighting-wise that's were a lot of the focus is. Otherwise, stunning.
