This is the house which we will start to pay. hehehe. hopefully me and my family will be movin next year. THe model was based on the developers design. I added the terrace and steel gates for our reference and to see how it will look. Hope u like it. Done in max7 and rendered with Vray 1.46

Wow!!! ganda nang bahay mo pare!! asan na ang kotse? anyway! i love the blur effect and work transition you presented. Oh! by the way and roof eaves medyo pang western and design baka magkaproblema kayo sa ulan at sunray penatration yan pare... make it at least 0.60 meter wide overhang. :)

thanks bro. about sa roof, ganyan talga design nya, hindi overhang. I was checking the photo which i took when we visit the place and talgang maliit lang sya. Thanks again. About sa car, bahay muna. hehehe.
