I had to photoshop this image since the black background I used did not come out pitch black. The rule is that the background should be at least 2 full stops darker than the actual subject for it to come out pitch black, but I guess that was not the case for this image, eventhough I scaned the entire background with the camera's SPOT meter. Using photoshop to accomplish what you had intended at the shooting time is considered cheating, no?

No, not cheating ... the pros in advertising use photoshop on just about every one of their shots. (me included S ... and I'm no PRO!!) Anyway, this is a great photo Stan. Looooove your stuff.
