Yeah. I hate/love PCs. Re-formatting seems so not needed. My issues of not being able to render high-rez (when I could on the same machine 6 months before) has boiled down to the "well you know it's probably time to re-format" statement from everyone I know. Because of this I'm about to push the button on a buffed iMac. Since I use macs at work and yesterday upgraded my machine's Operating Systems (2) in 30 minutes, with no issues, I think I have already made up my mind. I do know that my old G4 dual 1.25 is what...4 years old and still performs the way it did when I got it. I have never re-formatted it, and I can't even remember the last time I de-fragged it.
