I had bought this mask years ago and never really photographed it properly... I have been getting into over exposing images just to experiment... I find there something haunting and almost sinister about this imagery.

The overexposure is excellent for this image, cause like you said, it makes it look haunting. It reminds me of the time I was involved with Greenpeace, somehow these mask always make me think of that time eventhough I never had to use one. Anyways, enough babble. :) Great shot, excellent work!

Haunting and sinister is right! You did a good job here, and I think it was a good idea to only have half the mask in the shot. It says something, although I'm not sure what.
