Newpy, whether it's fractals or photograpy, I never fail to enjoy your work. This particular image title made me think of a photo I took of a praying mantis several years back. I got really close to it to take the first picture and when the view finder cleared for me to take another shot, the creature was looking directly at the camera. Although I make no claim to photograpy, you continue to inspire me to share a few of my favorites images. Keep up the excellent work, you bring a lot of pleasure to all of us.

This is a really impressive macro. Butties arent easy to photograph and you did such a super job. Clarity and DOF is perfect. Judging by the size of that coltsfoot...or dandelion...whatever, lol....id say that is one tiny butty which makes it even more impressive. Well done indeed. If i were to suggest anything...itd probably be to crop it a little at the top and maybe at the bottom. But thats more personal preferences than anything...i like a wider crop in general.
