Very nice ! I like this unusual and original blur that I guess you obtain by postwork. But because it is unusual for the eyes it brings an additionnal and creative dimension the the photo. The eyes are disturbed and if gives the tension in the photo. I would suggest to soften the transition between the blur and the sharp part (at the center of the image).

All this car needs are bullhorns mounted on the hood and "JR" Euwing in the driver's seat. A "look at me" mobile if there ever was one.
