Excellent scene! What's not to like?! Very original looking explorer pods. Two arms and a leg for landings. How cool is that?! And that gigantic rusted chunk of (metal?) jutting up from the ground adds a sense of scale. Nice undulating terrain in the foreground. The shadow on the face of the dune is well placed too. I think the dust devils were well worth the extra render time. Without them it would feel as though something were missing. They add a sense of depth and help tie in the fore and background. It's obvious you've put alot of work into this. It turned out fantastic. I'm wondering what the front of those explorer pods look like. Do the have little faces? lol, j/k. :)
