Here's my first attempt of doing some postwork. i used the gimp and tried to simulate the engine-output of the "retro rockets" (did not found a better word). just say what you think of it! thanks for comments and viewing.

If by "retro rockets" you mean the bluey firey things at the side...cool. One tinsy wincy thing. That much fire is gonna make the hull blacked or at least some heat discolouration, dontcha think. But as I say It's picky and only becuase I'm jellous (or how ever you spell it). Very nice work.

You picked a nice angle to show this off Nic! I agree with o-q, adding some discolouration on the hull from the rockets would be a nice touch. Your post-worked flames look really good though I have to say. Nice stuff!
