Description

This rock formation is on the Zuni Reservation in New Mexico. The holes in the formation is pueblos as I am told. I would like to apologize for the highway within the picture but I could not crop it out. Thank you for looking, and I hope you enjoy it :)

The western part of the USA facinates me with it's mountains. The rock formation is intriguing. It looks as if water somehow once was there to create that worn look as well as the weather. Great shot.

I actually like the highway. It provides something in the foreground. Something thats very important in my opinion when composing a landscape shot. Lovely looking sky as well. Great shot. #:O)

Yup, this is the Southwest for sure! Nothin' wrong with the highway being in the shot. It gives a "man v. nature" feel. I've done many like this one, but your compo looks a lot better.
