Illustrator CS 2
Photoshop CS 2
Lineart converted to vector. Something I've been working on for 2 weeks, finally finished it. C&C welcome. Enjoy :)
Here's some info on how I got this image to look the way it looks.
- First, I scanned the image I drew
- Opened it in Illustrator and used Live Trace... gives a nice clean vector line... it picks up some mess if you don't tweak it
- Once done, save as .AI file
- Open in Photoshop and changed the blending to Multiply
- Whatever colour I add I put on sepperate layers below the "Guide" layer (The actual line art)
- Colour is a bitch so I use a lot of anime reference pics so that I can check the colour matching
- Once happy with the result that I want... flatten all the layers and add the final touches :)

very good! using path tool in photoshop? there are lumps in the middle of the back of the thighs, but perhaps you intended that, as muscle fx anyway, I love the colours, face, torso etc.
