Description
I decided to update this picture after reading the comments. There were some good suggestions, and advice, and I took them onboard. So thanks to everyone who helped make this picture better. Hopefully I can someday return the favor.

This is very well done. I love the water, the bridge texture, the dress, (though the dress material looks quite heavy to be blown so easily - must be a strong wind...) Hair is excellent too, though I agree that the figure could be loosened up a bit... Maybe arms not so straight...

God, I love this. Words cannot express. Her arms do seem rather stiff, though -- perhaps if her palms were turned upwards, and her arms slanted up a little, as if she were greeting the storm? Some shadow on her neck would help integrate the hair into the figure better, too.
