I love stones. I pick them up where ever I go. I used to polish also. Isn't is fun and relaxing to get something beauitful from what once was dull. I can't say ugly never seen an ulgy stone. These look like some of what I have, Excellent work. :)

Yes Richard, it really does look like Geodes cut in half with lapidary saws and polished to reveal their inner beauty!! Have a few that look very similar! Nice trick, and cool effect!!
