Wow... that is a pretty eye! That blue color reminds me of Cornflower Blue and also of "Bright Eyes", as he was called, in Planet of the Apes! Love the amber color right in the center. I don't think I have a decent zooooom to do this. :-( So I'll have to get clever if I want to upload for the challenge. :0)

This is an amazing shot from the capture of color to the shadow in the eye, you can almost forget this is a real eye or is it? Well all you needed was the cosmos floating in the retina and you could have a book cover

LOL Andreas! I think you should make a collage of all of those noses and eyebrows! I'd love to see it...hehehe You have a most stunning left eye! Beautiful colors....I'm jealous! Impressing eye close up!!!! The shadow are so perfect here too. Did you use cap?? Awesome colors in your eye....... so incredible strong and distinct. Sorry...but I have to tell this...and DON'T get conceited...... This is one of the most fantastic eye I ever have seen... God it beautiful......I have to stop stare....(slap!!) I love looking in eyes..... because they do tell so much....I did hear this from a old sweet lady long time ago......"The eyes are the mirror of the soul" Wish you a wonderful summer day!

Do you think you could get in just a little closer? Dang, this one is just on the money. I havn't tried this shot yet, but I'm sure I would have the same troubles as you with shooting everything but the eye. What a great shot here buddy, just a winner for the challenge! Aloha!
