If you are going to put some motion blur, then it should be everywhere but the ship and the planet.

Really cool pic, I cant put my finger on it either. I think DEL is right, a little motion would go a long way.

I have to disagree, with respect, to all above... I get a real sense of extreme speed like the ship has just come out of warp. Thus, if you all say "9", I must say 10.

Awsome image! I love the texture on the UFO, I don't think it's lacking anything. The blurred vapor looking stuff behind it is very cool, a great piece of work.
