Description

We went to the Roundhouse at Borrow Hill just outside Chesterfield yesterday to cool off a bit. We're in the middle of a heatwave right now and it feels like a melting pot in the afternoon. But inside the Roundhouse among the trains it's cool and nice...and yesterday it was also stinky from paint ;) Anyways...I'm still using Robin's Canon. My Nikon should be back from the doc any day now - hopefully. Thanks for your comments on my portrait yesterday. That grin isn't exactly the most natural of smiles, but it's close ;) And thankies for peeking :D

Well...I'm a bit lost in all the settings since I'm use to the Nikon. I probably wouldn't have any problem at all to buy the SLR version of Nikon since the menu still is pretty much the same, but the menu on the Canon 300D confuses the heck out of me...LOL Other than that, I love the SLR and the depth you can achive with the Canon. However, when I exchange my good ol Nikon Coolpix 5700 for a new camera I most likely will buy another Nikon. It's a matter of what you're use to I think :)
