Welcome Merlin - WELCOME Madeleine. Good to see you posting. And with what a shot. Very cool - Sir Merlin seems indeed quite a character. The perspective here is fantastic, hard to think of how you managed it to get this. Some extra strokes for the boys from a hot Black Forest, especially some for little assistant. I hope he is well and still swinging through the trees always with a song on his lips! But some extra strokes for the rest of the gang too of course!

Heeeey!!! Youre back!!! Whooo Hoooo!!! And with such an amazing shot to boot. That looks like its a macro even. Amazing shot. One of my friends had a raven as a petbird when he was a child. Used to sit on his shoulder wherever he went. That is soooo cool. Even when he rode a bike....the raven sat there. And theyre so smart as well. Can even teach them to speak i heard. But...Merlin....poor Merlin...hes just a crow isnt he? But hes still a gorgeous bird, and he has the coolest name of the pack....and two mighty cats to shield him from harm. Good God im rambling.....making noooo sense at all. I just wanted to welcome you back and say that your shot was amazing. Have a wonderful day Madeleine. #:O)

That is priceless. Most excellent shot! My Father had a crow as a pet when he was a young lad, back in the 1920's. The crow had a tendancy to steal any shiny object. It had a collection of coins and glass,marbles...even a pocketwatch. Thanks for posting this one.
