Description

I shot this thought a window of this building that is messed up. I saw this "we Care" on the back of that cart and laffed about it and say "Yes that what a lot of people say but they show they do not care" Case in point is that man on the west coast. He have land that people is growing food on. Each one just get 20 feet x 20 feet Now much. The city owned the land at first but this man bought the land. The owner like to use the land to build on now. He can not because the people got a Lawyer and the movie stars went out and protest. The man let them use his land for years and did not charge them nothing. There is a orgiangion that wish to get money and buy the land but the movie stars say they protest with the little people but will not give a dime to them. lol The man can not use his own land and the movie stars will not give money to buy the land which the owner say he will sell it to them. And the little farmers say it for the community. But you try to go and grow something there they will run you out. To me that is what "we care" is about. I can show you a lot more but you most likely know a lot of them too. Oh and the movie stars will not let the little farmers farm on the movie stars land. The should have the rights to do that if the movie stars care???

"We scare because we care". Whos line was that again? This is a touching image and even more touching narrative. I hope the little man gets his plot back to grow on and care for. We have a lot to learn.

Excellent description of an unfortunate behavior many people exhibit. The west coast seems particularly prone to this strange type of moral double-standard, but there seems to be plenty of it everywhere else too. It also seems that the more loudly someone proclaims they care, the less they actually do care. Anyway, great shot and thoughts.

I wish people cared as much as they act like they do! This would be a wonderful world then. Being involved with abused children I see alot of well meaning people who NEVER stand behind what they pledge. EXCELLENT photo! You say it like it is!!!

there are several small gardens close to downtown that is used by orientals abd alot of the food is sold in the area oriental stores. people are crazy. here locally a woman complained about mannequins in a lingerie store window and a ignorant news jerk went to the store with his cmaera and the store removed the display. hell, you can see more at the swimming hole and actual live women than what the mannequin was showing. excellent point Jock

This sounds like the story of Steven Spielberg and his Dream Community. Emminent domain, easements, zoning, what community does not have them. Misprison is just "I don't care." It avoids complaints. Lord, deliver us from complaints and competitors.
