Description

Kobra-Ka' Amanda Brown grew up in NYC. She was a talented martial artists and gymnist. She soon learned that her talents could be sold to the highest bidder. One of her talents was killing. She quickly worked her way up gaurding street hoods to being the escort for Maffia boses. The money was good, and it did provide a few perks. However the money was not as good as that offered by Thermadyne Industries, they had offered her a chance to see the world as a bodyguard for the ranking associates of Thermadyne. Amanda was content in the position. There has been a few altercations which she took care of with little effort. She soon learned that these were tests by the real owner of Thermadyne - Ramese, a 5000 year old Egyptian Wizard who was bent on world domination. He had been grooming her to become his body guard. She was suprised but was willingly took the job. Little did she know that the offer involved more than just a job, it involved her to be changed. The medical and magical experiments that were preformed on her lasted for months. When the experiments were done, she was a humanoid snake. She was quicker, stronger, and faster. While she recovered, she realized that others could be made like her. She began to hate what she had become and knew the only place she could hide was Operation Rising Star. Operation Rising Star was a new school created by President Kennedy to train mutants around the world. The facilities were placed at an abanonded missile test base which also tested other secret technologies. The base was 90% underground and enough room for the students and and test equipment they would need. Kobra-Ka' escaped from Ramses' palace with her new abilities. She joined Operation Rising Star as a trainer and her existance was classified as Top Secret. She trained special operations and few students knew of her existance. Only those who where trained for Cuba, Korea, and Vietnam knew Kobra-Ka' as a tough trainer.
