Description

Created for the promotion of a restaurant in a major hotel. It took almost 7 hours to set up the shot. I had to build the tile top table which included an opening in the center with frosted plexiglas used to light the ice from underneath. The client brought a large truck with several tall racks of food but failed to bring some items listed, so a quick run to the store was required. This is an outtake as the final lightpainted photo ended up with the client.

You have such a great sense of show casing the product, no matter what it is. Love this composition, well thought out and executed. Very nice lighting and soft product presentation. I think you are the most talented commercial photographer I've seen. This is simply outstanding. In viewing this, a parallel strikes me. A "5-Star" meal isn't just the cuisine or preparation - a great deal has to do with the presentation. Your "presentations" are always spectacular, and I'd bet a lot of money you can cook too! This is a "5-Star" photo, btw! :)
