Excellent composition and lighting- the figure is absolutely real, and the composition as a whole has a very interesting and unique darkness, even though it is well lit- very dramatic!

Have you ever read the old George Macdonald fantasy "The Princess and the Goblin" ? The princess in it had a magic thread she had to follow, even when it led her to some quite grim and scary places, but eventually also to her own self-realization. This reminds me of that story!

Very fine Kees! In the simplicity, colors and textures it has the feeling to me like that of Andrew Wyeth, one of my favorite painters. The rope on the floor is so straight though, it looks artificial, is that intentional?

Just amazing. The individual elements are okay but the image as a whole really makes an impression.

Beautifully done. Is the figure composited in Photoshop or a stunning model?

Superb, just like the previous one and I can't wait to see the next in this series. Your texturing and ambiance is one the best I've seen. I find the rope to be a little static, but that's really just a personal thing. 5+ from me, my compliments!
