Description

We still haven't decided 100% on a name for our new kitty (See yesterdays upload). We thought for sure we had settled on Boris, but guess what. I think it's a girl. LOL I like what Rayburg said .. 'compromise .. call him Morris'. :) And I liked Elmer :) and Slugger. :) Such cute names you guys came up with. But throughout our debate, its being called Boris. (Boris the female cat?) Anyway ... enough of that for now .. here's a bug. This little fella was fun to watch, as he crept low and slow and steady; making it fairly easy to shoot. (Trying to get other critters in my gallery besides dragonflys!) Hope you had a nice 4th ... !! We're leaving early in the morning tomorrow up north for a few days.... kids are each bringing a friend along. Yikes .. what have we gotten ourselves into!!!!! :-D Take care, and thanks so much for your input yesterday on our new kitty, and again for stopping by today to see my new bug. Still need a bug book I think. Love 'n hugs, Shari

Now I see why LemonJim chose your macro Bugs for inspiration and guidance, while making his Fan Mag series; You show off superb details and color contrast in these! Simply and intricately beautiful.
