Description

One of my families traditions is when one of our children have a child they are given a feather for each one..These feathers in time are made into a fan with each addition...when a woman reaches her elder status sometimes an elder name is given in addition to your given name... So i introduce to you...Bird With Many Feathers... She became Bird With Many Feathers when her oldest grandchild presented her with a feather annoucing the arrival of their child...and from that the tradition is carried on... New piece i've created for my Native American series i hope you enjoy them and lil stories that come with them... Thank you for stopping in for a visit...your comments are always appreciated... Aho!
