Description

Hi First post in a while - still struggling with Volumetrics as always. In this render, the landscape is MW and the atmosphere and clouds are Volumetric (courtesy of DL's plug-in Should have rendered the clouds with a higher quality setting (1200 was used) - but set at 2500, one render strip was taking almost 1 hour at 1000 x 670, so I decided against Very little post - lens effects only Hope everyone is well Ang x

Very Nice Angela, Shame about the corruption in the clouds render, would have finished a great composition. i think the image may have also benefitted from NOT having the coloured starfield. Love the lighting & POV :)

Great camera position. Realistic looking terrain. I just started using this plug-in and have had similar looking artifacts in the clouds. Still a nice render though.

Stunning light/shadow on the terrain!!....I too find it a struggle to get decent "volumetric clouds"..grrr...^_^...but a little postwork could tidy up those blocks in the foreground cloud...this is such a cool image it deserves it!...Great work Angela!!
