Description
I don't know why I am drawn to this picture. It was taken last summer on a trip to a place called "Bodie" in California. It is a Ghost Town just outside of Bridgeport that has been preserved; and let me tell you, it is a photographer's dream. So many structures to photograph and so much history there. Anyhow, this is a picture of an old wagon that kind of caught my eye. Hope you enjoy and if you know something about the history of the area let me know. We plan on going back.

I seen the sign for Bodie and sorry I did not take the time to go. there has been other pictures of Bodie here but this definetly is an outstanding capture

Well now your in my territory!!!! I can tell you all about this place!!! I live about an hour from Bodie and have spent many a day there! I even use to know one of the rangers there who gave us the backlot tour, like letting us inside the old schoolhouse!!!! Drop me an IM if you ever want to know anything about the Sierras, I've been here 20+ years!!!
