This kind of tutone is very British in it's dollops. Rather than use an accent ridge adorned with a chrome strip as the demarcation of collors or even feathering it as in panel painting with an airbrush, it has that rich contrast in a honey-like with just a hint of pinstripe as seen on Jaguar, Daimler and even more esoteric saloons. They of course went to the gray with black or some equally dramatic formalism of somber and this barely bleeds. More Restoration than Reformation.
