Description

Another day on the River... Katrina's wrath wreaks havoc on the river dwellers. Trees down everywhere...mossy growth on their upturned roots. This sailboat...deserted and lonely...favorite surveilance point for the egrets searching for fish.

How sad. I hope the area recovers fully soon.

it does not take mother nature to reclaim what is hers. I agree that it is sad and will not heal for many years

G this is a nice shot. Shows the sadness of a once beautiful boat claimed by nature Herself. Thanks for the reminder that Katrina is not, nor will be for a very long time, be "over." Hugs.
