Just a progress update from my last gallery post. Im working on the finer details now using Projection Master to texture within ZBrush. The models at 2,742,272 polygons, and my computer is feeling it, despite the 2 and a half gigs of ram. Im so used to working in Poser with its limited material abilities, that I didnt realize that in ZBrush you can not only use a texture map, but apply a material over it and get different effects. Excellent work. Just remember that when you export...I would go for the lower resolution model. Then depending on your software, just nurb it to create that fine looking model again. Those are alot of polys!

This is actually rendered directly in ZBrush, so theres no need for lowering the subdivision levels. I am however in the process of teaching myself Maya & XSI, so I'll keep that tip in mind when I start rendering with displacement, bump, and all those other fun maps.
