Description
I looked around for some freebies to do Harley and found...well...diddly squat. So I whipped out Paint Shop Pro 7 and did a texture for the Aiko Cat-suit and Wings to do props. I did the head tassles, collar, and ruffles. The tassles and ruffles were a cake-walk, but the dang collar almost killed me. Meh!
Anyway, here is my fav character from the Batman Animated show from the 90's.
What's she doing? She is up to mischief. That's what she does. And she is SO cute doing it,too.
