Excellent slice'o'life image. I like how the women's pose mirrors the art. Nicely captured!

Kort has already mentioned the first thing that struck me - art mirroring life. Wow, this is one of those rare captures, a fleeting slice of life one is lucky to see, let alone get "on film." Great eye and reflexes! Perfect composition too.

What is the unspoken rule about putting images of people online? Did you ask these people if you could post them? I am never sure about this. I sometimes see a shot I would like to take of people but think....I wouldn't like to see myself on a website if I didn't know anything about it. I do post people pics sometimes but only if they know about it or are not recognisable. Except for the accordian player but he was acting in a medieval fair. Tricky subject but anyway, I like this photo with the ladies caught in the scene just like the paintings.

I recently proposed to marry a woman who grew up in Iasi, Romania. Consequently, I've come to learn a great deal about the culture and the language. Nice picture that reflects another world on common grounds.
