That's definitely the best rendering I've seen of the baby dragon model. He looks less cute here, less cartoonish, which sells him as a real living being in the palm of the mage's hand. Nice work on the posing, too, with the claws clasping the fingers, and I like the transluscence of the left wing. If I were to improve it, I'd suggest making the human hand a little more convincing. What was really missing for me as I studied it were those little wrinkles across the knuckles we all have. Perhaps there's a better texture that avoids that mannequin look for this tight of a closeup on the hands.
