Wonderful work of art, Bill. As to the art charts, who the hell needs them.. Be proud of what you create, but do it within your own heart, and not to get on a list someplace... The great painters of the world didn't have an art chart, nor a list of good ole buddies to put them on one... LOL.. that's all the charts amount to anyway, it's just another damn HOT20 with a different name given to it... Excellent work here... (hugs)

I love how we were not surveyed as to what we would have liked to see as far as the site goes. And did you notice that most of the names in the list are poser artists, why dont they just divide the catagories into three, 2D, 3D and photography. I am still pulling for you boy!

If you think i am worried about popularity..You read my comment wrong.(and dont know me very well)..i couldnt give a rats ass about that ridiculous chart or being popular...as someone else said its just another HOT 20 with a new name...art is not a competition...The HOT 20 list caused lots of grief with some very close friends and i am sure this list will do the same...but as i also said i wont go there again..even the guy sitting at the top of the list says its a crock of shit...!!!i had to post this to defend myself..as i was the number 1 advocate for getting rid of the HOT 20..and will advocate loosing this list too.i would feel the same being on the list or not....What i put out there is always the best i can do...no matter how many people look or what rating it gets...my comment are left open because i have friends that i want to share my ideas with not to have a popularity contest.

Oh geez, Bill, I'm so very sorry the swelling hasn't gone down enough where they're able to operate on your son's leg, but as RGUS pointed out, the doctors do have their reasons for waiting. Better to operate under as ideal a condition as possible. I know the waiting is just hell though. :( I pray that swelling goes down soon so they can finally operate. As for the 'art charts', I'm with you totally on that one, kiddo. I had one look just to see what the heck they were and that one look was enough. I agree it's the Hot 20 with a different name. Art is art; there's no good or bad (except in the eyes of the viewer), and there's no right or wrong. Art is an expression, and an extension of the artist. And frankly, I also hate the statistics shown with my images. It's like a neon sign or a billboard, and for me, it's downright embarrassing. Leave it at receiving an e-mail if something gets added to a 'fave', and forget how many have viewed the image. Now, down to what really counts in the galleries, which is the awesome artwork like your image! That Guardian is absolutely adorable and I love both the expression and the pose. Adding the bubbles also aide in giving the image that 'underwater' feel, and your postwork is awesome. Outstanding artwork! I continue to keep your son and family in my thoughts and prayers, and yes, that positive energy keeps flowing your son's way. Bleesings to you all.
